The team moved to Figma but lacked a complete design system, leading to ad hoc components and inconsistent UX. The goal was to build a comprehensive system to speed up workflows, improve communication, and ensure consistency.

As FreshBooks grew, the experience fell behind—causing inconsistency, inefficiency, and accessibility issues. We redesigned the navigation to better match user workflows, improving clarity and scalability while reducing design and tech debt.
FreshBooks reseller platform
FreshBooks saw a strategic opportunity to empower accountants as resellers to drive business growth. We launched a new portal called Accountant Hub for provisioning and managing client accounts, and exceeded the projected numbers by 10% in the first quarter.
